AndXe 的 CWDM-SFP-1470-LR 光模块为城域网提供高效的传输解决方案。
这款 SFP+LR CWDM 收发器是一款专为 10GBASE-LR 和 2G/4G/8G/10G 光纤通道应用设计的“限幅模块”。该收发器由两部分组成：发射部分集成了一个 DFB 激光器，接收部分则由一个集成了 TIA 放大器的 APD 光电二极管组成。所有模块均符合 I 类激光安全要求。通过符合 SFF-8472 规范的双线串行接口，可实现数字诊断功能，支持实时访问器件工作参数，包括收发器温度、激光器偏置电流、发射光功率、接收光功率和收发器电源电压。
