Product Overview
The XFP-10G-SR compatible XFP transceiver, via an LC connector, provides a transmission distance of up to 10km over single-mode fiber at a wavelength of 1310nm. The multi-rate XFP supports 10GBASE-LR and 10GBASE-LW Ethernet applications as well as OC-192/STM-64 short-reach (SR-1) POS applications. This transceiver complies with the current XFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) specifications and meets the IEEE802.3ae 10 Gigabit Ethernet 10GBASE-LR/LW standard and the 10G Fibre Channel 1200-SM-LL-L standard. It supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), allowing real-time access to operational parameters. It is suitable for data centers, enterprise wiring closets, and service provider transmission applications.
